Memories

I visited Claire in Denver in 2024 and had a fun time getting dinner and hanging out for a bit. This was during a week-long visit I made for a short vacation trip, and I regret skipping one or our planned activities because I was so tired from the elevation and my solo hike the prior day. While considering my future career and location, Denver is high on my list, partially knowing I had a cousin already there who does a lot of activities. Wish we could turn back the clock and undo this.

Going to fall activities together was a highlight of my fall. Several times we got together with the kids to explore the corn mazes and let the kids run around while we got to catch up and have fun together. I loved our conversations and friendship.

Claire and I both loved parade's, we would go to the various parades together with our families. We enjoyed hanging out and watching the kids get excited. Below is a photo of the kids at the Halloween parade.

She had a way of making every room brighter. Most of the time it was her laugh echoing through, but that smile—well, it was the best. She is so missed. 💜
